COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- The artist retains all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- Commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may be posted on social media, for profile photos, etc. with full credit to the artist.- Works intended for commercial use will be charged differently. The artist will still retain rights to display artwork in their portfolio and social media.- The client may NOT reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without the prior approval of the artist (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)- The client may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist's consent.- The client may NOT claim the commissioned work as their own and use for their own portfolio.
TIMELINE & REVISIONS
- Working time shall depend on size and complexity of commission.** Rush commissions will not be accommodated.**- Approval stages are as follows: sketch, color blocking, and final rendered piece. Progressing to the next stage will be dependent on client approval.- Major changes will only be allowed before approval of the sketch and color blocking.- Once the piece is rendered and sent for final approval, only minimal changes are allowed.- Major revisions after approval of rendered piece will come with an additional fee depending on its complexity.- Once finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via email.
PAYMENT
- Fee will be based on size and complexity of completed work. Prices can change based on complexity.- A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the selling price is required before any work on the commission. Payment in full is due upon receipt of artwork(s).- For local transactions, payment can be sent through ** GCash or bank transfers.**- For international commissions, payment can be done via Paypal. Kindly wait for an invoice before sending in the payment.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
- Any finished commissioned work is non-refundable.- A full refund shall only be in place if no work has been done on the commissioned piece.- If, after the work is completed, the client does not wish to purchase the work, they may refuse the created artwork.- In which case, the artist will retain the refused artwork and 75% of the total payment, free of any claims or interests of the client.
LICENSING TERMS
- All licenses will be a non-exclusive license granted to use the artworks in the creation of [ agreed upon quantity ] of [ agreed upon merchandise ] which may be offered for sale.- The artist retains all ownership and copyright to the artworks, and shall be identified as the creator of the image whenever possible (on the licensed products, promotional posts, etc.).- Use of the illustration for any other purpose than agreed upon purpose is prohibited.- Alteration of the licensed artwork is prohibited.
